John DeMairo, President and CEO of Segal Advisors, Inc., the SEC-registered investment consulting subsidiary of The Segal Group, Inc., has announced that it has acquired the business of Rogerscasey, a global investment solutions firm that has served institutional asset owners and others for more than 40 years. The combined entity has more than 325 clients with worldwide advisory assets approaching $400 billion. With more than 120 staff members, Segal Rogerscasey is privately held with headquarters in New York and offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Darien, Houston, Los Angeles, Toronto and Ireland. Rogerscasey Canada is also part of the transaction.
